How it works
From raw materials to graded practice in three steps.
- Step 1
Upload course docs
Add your PDFs, DOCX, and Markdown to a study room. We normalize them into clean, citable blocks.
- Step 2
Generate topics & questions
An evidence-grounded pipeline drafts topics and situational questions — every claim traced to a real source and page.
- Step 3
Practice & get feedback
Take exams, then receive rubric-based scoring with strengths, gaps, and concrete suggestions to improve.
Question 3 of 10
A state legislature passes a statute requiring all commercial trucks to use a specific type of mudguard sold by only one in-state manufacturer. An out-of-state trucking company challenges the law. Which constitutional argument is strongest, and why?

Why bring your own key?
BYOK keeps costs honest and control in your hands. No pricing tiers, no lock-in — just your provider, your key, and your data.
Transparent cost
There's no per-seat plan and no inference markup. You bring your own key and pay your AI provider directly — the platform charges $0 for tokens.
You control the key
Keys are encrypted at rest and only ever decrypted server-side at call time. They never leave the server and never reach any client — you only see the last four digits.
You control the data
Your documents power your rooms and nothing else. Rotate or remove a room's key anytime, and members only ever see their own results.
Frequently asked questions
What is BYOK?
BYOK means "bring your own key." Each study room connects its own AI provider key, so generation and grading run on your account. The platform never marks up inference — you pay your provider directly.
Do you store my API key?
Your key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted server-side at the moment of an AI call. It never leaves the server and is never returned to any client — the app only ever shows the last four characters and a label.
How is the content evidence-grounded?
Every generated topic and question is tied to a real document name and page from your uploads. The pipeline validates structured output and resolves each citation against the sources you provided, so there are no invented references.
Can my study group share a room?
Yes. Invite members by link or email into a shared room. Everyone practices from the same materials, while each member sees only their own attempts and scores — admins never see members' answers.
Which providers are supported?
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and OpenRouter. When you add a key, we validate it live and store the set of models it can access, so you only pick from models your key actually supports.
Is there a subscription or pricing plan?
No. There is no billing in the product. Because you bring your own key, your only cost is whatever your AI provider charges you directly.
